What to expect

When you contact the chambers.

    We respond

    A member of the chambers will review your message and reply to let you know whether we are able to assist, and how to proceed.

    We check for conflicts

    Before we discuss the substance of a matter, we confirm that we do not act for another party whose interests conflict with yours. We may ask only for the names of the parties at this stage.

    An initial consultation

    If we can act, we arrange a consultation to understand the matter and review your documents. Please bring any notices, agreements, orders, correspondence and identification relevant to it.

  4. 04

    Terms of engagement

    If you decide to instruct us, we confirm the scope of our work and our fees in writing before we begin.
